"Nice and spacious, arrival cookie and the free ferry were a great bonus for the kids also free breakfast for the kids with a paying adult. Bit tricky to get to from main stations but once you are there and have access to the main ferry it is great!"

"We paid extra for a room with a window which is a little disappointing and frustrating as the view was of a construction site. There is a bar, restaurant space downstairs that overlooks the river. A nice place to have a chat or sip on a drink from the bar. The hotel room was clean albeit slightly old fashioned. Had a chandelier in the room. Very dramatic. Mini toiletries were provided. There was a desk and multiple sets of drawers for storage. I would recommend the stay as it was convenient for shops and restaurants. A short 10 minute walk away from multiple malls (Canada place, Cabot place, jubilee) in Canary Wharf. "
