"My wife and I booked this with “ open eyes” and it worked brilliantly. Good transport to central London via DLR or Elizabeth line. Good value. Spotlessly clean and highly professional staff. Although no TVs in the room and the “ cabins” are smaller than many hotels, this worked so so well for us. Many thanks "

"Pleasant comfortable hotel in good position, close to Blackheath shops restaurants park etc and a short walk from the station. Convenient if like us you had a reason to stay in Blackheath. Excellent breakfast. I'd happily stay again. "

"The accommodation was in a perfect location for London Excel with excellent public transportation getting there. My room was comfortable and quiet. The only 2 main problems were in the bathroom. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain which was a bit gross. The shower head was impossible to tilt down therefore the water shot out horizontally, this was awkward."
