Food and drink in the lobby restaurant were fantastic - loved the venison ghoulash. Clean comfy rooms. Had trouble with the heat/air but we opened a window. Overall highly recommend."

"Stayed in the junior suite and had breakfast included. Great spacious room. Buffet breakfast had it all including omelette and fried egg options. My only complaint was the trams run all night and are loud. Sometimes difficult sleeping."

It's in a well connected neighborhood in terms of public transportation, dining options both inside and outside the hotel. They store your luggage for any number of days and that's a huge benefit. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room was perfect for the two of us, with very comfortable beds and pillows. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back if we find ourselves in Basel again."
