"Our room, a junior suite was quite large and surgically clean. Bathroom was very modern, large and with great water pressure. Staff was great. My only caution would be to comment that this is not an air-conditioned hotel in the usual sense. There is a system which can be set to lower the temperature in the room slightly, but we found it ineffective. If you're not comfortable sleeping in a warm room, this hotel might best be considered only in the cooler months. "

I would describe the staff as efficient but not overly friendly and it was disappointing there were no doorman to assist with bags etc. The restaurant was really good and here our server really was super friendly and our dinner was most enjoyable. The staff is amazing and Danielle at the front desk helped us arrange our lodging in Lucerne, provided detailed info about the train options to Colmar, Lucerne, and then Paris.
