"best hotel in Mexico City by far. The location can’t be beat and the view from the rooftop is unreal. service is excellent and we spend most of our time between the rooftop sauna and jacuzzi. The design and layout is stunning, you are lucky if you have the opportunity to stay here. "

"Nice location. Very chic. Excellent breakfast in a beautiful old palacio, with friendly staff. The room was very chic, but it was very dimly lit. This is very challenging for a traveler--making it harder to find things in a room. It was even dimly lit in the bathroom--not friendly for a woman. This trend also extended to the check-in desk and even the restaurant within the building (which was beautiful, but unaffiliated with the hotel)."

"This hotel was absolutely amazing in terms of location and staff. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the food/drink items in the 24 hr cafe were included in the price of the hotel. The only items we had to pay for were wine and alcohol (other than beer, that was included). They had a good selection in the cafe and the staff there were so friendly and food/drinks were served promptly. The breakfast was a good selection of traditional American and Mexican dishes. The view overlooking the Zocalo was amazing, especially when the center was filled with people. And a special shout-out to Daniel, our doorman. He was the absolute best, so sweet and had the best smile! He was there to help us check in and check out and made sure that we were picked up promptly with our driver. Raul was also very helpful during pickup from the hotel to the airport. Overall, we would definitely stay again at this hotel because of the amenities, location and the staff. "
