"Booked as a solo woman relax trip. Stayed 3 nights. Location great and lovely views from the roof. Staff were friendly and the hotel has high quality provisions. The breakfast had many options and had a champagne section. I ordered room service once, it was reasonably priced and delicious. One issue I did have, I had put the do not disturb sign on my door and 2 mornings the cleaners came in. I spoke to management and they resolved things. "

"I have never seen or stayed in a triangle room unique but not big enough for 3 adults and bathroom is open no privacy "

"The hotel is nice, but the area terrible, full.of homeless and crazy people. I was scared because we are a family with 2 kids. We couldn't go around, explore or even walking with tranquility because the public out there! "

"Nice hotel, somewhat over priced for what you get. There are hidden taxes and fees they don’t tell you about when you book, you find out when you check out. That’s something I hate. "
