The hotel is really easy to get to from the airport and it's easy to get to and from the city center. The reception staff are really friendly and they surprised me with a slice of cake as it was my birthday. I loved the personal touch. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

My family stayed for two days and we loved this place. Room is a fairly big, quiet and clean. Feel safe walk around to go to local restaurant. Airport is not too far (appx 15-20 min) which it is plus. Highly recommended.

This hotel was very clean and was located in an area where I felt safe and comfortable. There are many restaurants that are in walking distance and the train station is only a 5 minute walk away, allowing for easy access to the main city

Staff was great! We arrived late at night due to our other accommodations falling through. The hotel was lovely and the staff were wonderful about getting us into our rooms quickly and dealing with the complicated payments (our fault, not theirs) the following morning. I would certainly recommend them as the rooms were spacious, clean and offered great views. The hotel is also accessible by bus and only a short and easy walk to the metro to quickly get to the airport or downtown.

We just stayed one night, but thought hotel was great. It was half way between the cruise port & the airport which was convenient for us. They did not offer a shuttle service, so we had to take taxis. The staff were very nice and held our luggage while we walked around. The hotel is in a business area, so nothing to see. Several coffee shops within walking distance. We were able to check in 2 hours early which was very helpful. The room was lovely & had everything we needed for the night. They had a restaurant in the lobby which was crowded as was the bar. I would definitely recommend this hotel, but keep in mind, it’s not walking distance to any major attractions.
