"This was my second stay at the Scottsdale Parkview Resort. It's close to the 101, restaurants, groceries, and a bonus huge park across the street with a lake, games, and walking paths. My room this time around needed some TLC. The bathroom door was hard to shut, the sink dripped all the time, and the knob to close the drain in the jetted tub was broken. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the stay."

"Bed was very comfortable. Lots of interesting art throughout the property. Great location close to popular entertainment in phoenix. "

"Waterpark was amazing and a lot of fun. Only problem was our shower had a horrible smell from the drain and what looked like black mold in the shower and on the shower vent. I told them at check out about the issue and they offered to credit one day of resort fees. For as much as you spend on staying there you would think the rooms would be a little more maintained. "

"The property had a smoke alarm going off at 11pm at night waking us up! Also the power went out which denied entry into the pool areas the next day. This hotel has some maintenance issues! "

"The first receptionist was very nice he welcomed us very politely but the lady can’t really remember her name started with an L but when I went up to turn in the keys she was talking to another receptionist and she looked at me like if I was interrupting their conversation once I gave her my key and she just looked at me then said “ and “ very rudely until I told her that I was waiting for my deposit to be returned. I enjoyed the hotel but that receptionist should take costumer service lessons. "

"Stayed for 3 nights. It's an historic hotel so everything is as old as my gramma's china. But that is the appeal. I will say the bed was spectacularly comfortable. I kept an eye out for the ghost lady in white but did not see her."

"The staff in the office was very helpful with recommendations for finding the convention center and groceries. A second chair in the room would have been nice."
