"Better dining options are available in Jaipur but cost wise dining comparable with other restaurants. We received room according to our booking and check in check out was easy. They provided facilities to store our luggage after check out as our flights were late and we needed to do some shopping before taking flight."

"Pathetic hotel, even after booking not allowed to check into hotel. Instead I got to know they allocated my booking to some other persons. Pathetic...! Now onward will never recommend Hotels.com due to this pathetic service...!"

"Only manager/owner spoke english and was not very helpful with obtaining information. There was a broken electrical switch which controlled hot water heater and so the first shower I had was ice cold. I was told the hot water just takes a long time. The next day I waited for the water heater for 20 min and still no hot water. It was later discovered that the switch was broke. Wifi not in all the rooms and only in downstairs lobby. "Food and room service are very good. But front desk service is very terrible, they are kind of rude and not welcoming behaviour . They even didn’t provide WiFi passport after asked for several times."

"What a magical place! The room was incredible. I felt like a princess here! Little gardens, fountains, secret spots to explore with in the property. Great breakfast, evening entertainment with Rajasthani music and dancing. Lovely pool with the most beautiful paintings on the wall along side. The staff are so friendly and lovely. Such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel."
