"Internet was sporadic at best. Good front office, desk staff that tried to help with the issue. Electricity went out on us, the hotel, a few times but didn't last long. The front office staff tried hard to help with the issues. "

"The property is a view into historical India. The rooms were large and comfortable. The garden was gorgeous and so great to have breakfast with bird song in the background and seeing peacocks walking by and monkeys skipping across the top of the wall."

"The service was excellent. We got help with every problem we had, eg. getting a SIM-card, leaving our luggage after check in, getting my friends shoes fixed, etc. We booked a day package from the hotel (incl. car). Our guide (Mahindra - hope I spell your name right) was excellent, he answered all our question about language, culture, history etc., he even cooked us his favourite meal (goat-stew) at night after finding out we would like to try real local cuisine. We really felt very welcome....

"Recent 7 day stay at this lovely traditional Indian house/hotel. Lovely pool area and gardens. Out of town but was a huge advantage to be away from the noise and mayhem. Easy to get a tuktuk or taxi into town. Staff, without exception, helpful and always cheerful. Highlight was the food, cooked to order and never disappointed. We only had indian food but plenty other choices. We ate in restaurant every night as it was too daunting to venture into town at night and never saw anywhere else...

"Great for Westerners. By far the best place we have stayed so far in India! Our group arrived in Jaipur with terrible fevers and stomach bugs. The facilities at were great for us to rest up, recover, with a nice restaurant and very helpful/friendly staff and room service. We left feeling better than when we arrived. If I come back to Jaipur, will stay here again!"

"Better dining options are available in Jaipur but cost wise dining comparable with other restaurants. We received room according to our booking and check in check out was easy. They provided facilities to store our luggage after check out as our flights were late and we needed to do some shopping before taking flight."
