"We stayed for just 1 night but it was made extremely comfortable and memorable by the great service we received from HR Palace! Travelling along with my senior citizen mom and my very young son during the cold December month, we had special needs in both rooms we had booked. The hotel manager Mr. Anuj went out of his way in making sure that our needs were very well met, even though our stay was just for 1 night. The hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms clean and tidy. "Only there for one night on our way through so cannot make too in depth report. On arrival the reception was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The accommodation was adequate although noise from the bus station next door was a problem. The only adverse comment is the stone steps up to the front door which could pose a problem for someone not as able as myself. No doubt reception would offer assistance in such a case. "

"They do not pay heed to any complaint. Very arrogant. The flushes in all the toilets are not functioning. The behavior of those in the reception is very rough. the hotel is full of cockroaches. The food supplied was not good and served in unclean utensils. Filthy bed linen were supplied. In a word the hotel is terrible."

Hotel menu price is little more expensive but food was good . "

"Better dining options are available in Jaipur but cost wise dining comparable with other restaurants. We received room according to our booking and check in check out was easy. They provided facilities to store our luggage after check out as our flights were late and we needed to do some shopping before taking flight."
