"We stayed for just 1 night but it was made extremely comfortable and memorable by the great service we received from HR Palace! Travelling along with my senior citizen mom and my very young son during the cold December month, we had special needs in both rooms we had booked. The hotel manager Mr. Anuj went out of his way in making sure that our needs were very well met, even though our stay was just for 1 night. The hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms clean and tidy. We arrived on New Year's Eve and the hotel put on a big party with music, drinks, food, dancing and fireworks. It was such a special occasion. The owner and all staff went out of their way to help with anything we need. They booked our safari tickets for us and arranged transport to take us there and back. "They do not pay heed to any complaint. Very arrogant. The flushes in all the toilets are not functioning. The behavior of those in the reception is very rough. the hotel is full of cockroaches. The food supplied was not good and served in unclean utensils. Filthy bed linen were supplied. In a word the hotel is terrible."

"Better dining options are available in Jaipur but cost wise dining comparable with other restaurants. We received room according to our booking and check in check out was easy. They provided facilities to store our luggage after check out as our flights were late and we needed to do some shopping before taking flight."
