"We stayed for just 1 night but it was made extremely comfortable and memorable by the great service we received from HR Palace! Travelling along with my senior citizen mom and my very young son during the cold December month, we had special needs in both rooms we had booked. The hotel manager Mr. Anuj went out of his way in making sure that our needs were very well met, even though our stay was just for 1 night. The hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms clean and tidy. The food supplied was not good and served in unclean utensils. Filthy bed linen were supplied. In a word the hotel is terrible."

"Better dining options are available in Jaipur but cost wise dining comparable with other restaurants. We received room according to our booking and check in check out was easy. They provided facilities to store our luggage after check out as our flights were late and we needed to do some shopping before taking flight."
