Eaxh night, I had to walk down dark alleys with scary barking dogs and then call the hotel to get them to open the back gate. Overall not a pleasant experience. The hotel also does not have an elevator in the building I was staying in. The front desk staff was outstanding, though. Pang took great care of me and made sure I was safe and comfortable. "
