"I was really happy to stay there for a few days. However sometimes new water bottles and towels were not supplied after bed making. Hopefully the procedure will be improved for this matter. Other than that, everything is nice. Staffs are so friendly and helpful."

"Hotel connected to Centralworld mall, a big plus point. Check in 4 but 1 of the room not ready yet. But got a late check out for 1 of the room due to this. Only bumper was stay 3 nights, 2nd day my 2 room key cards did not work. Have to go down to reception to resolve the issue. "

"Amazing hotel. The room was massive with great views of Bangkok. Excellent breakfast and the staff were lovely. The pool and gym and games room also awesome. Honestly the best hotel to stay in Bangkok. So good we booked to stay again on our return to Bangkok before flying home. Oh and they have ice cream at breakfast! "

"I had a pleasant stay at the Lebua Hotel. I visited before the pandemic, and I was delighted to see that it has survived and is still operating. The staff is friendly. However, given the hotel's long history, some of the facilities are somewhat outdated. I think a bathroom renovation would be a good idea."
