"We stayed for three nights with lounge access. Arriving to the hotel was a great, your luggage is taken care of, one person gives you refreshments and helps you check in. Very professional with a personal touch. After the check in the staff lead you to the room and explains where the different restaurants and explain everything you need to know. The room was spotless clean, very practical and nice. The views from the balcony and the different bars and restaurants are breathing. The food was brilliant, extremely tasty and beautifully displayed. The one small negative was their problem with the reader for Amex cards but that was sorted out very professionally by the front desk (my card worked to well the day after at the gem factory which made the wife happy). Conclusion: I warmly recommend the hotel because of the staff, views, service and food. We'll come back next year"

"This will be the best place you will ever stay in Thailand. Comfortable beds and a view of the river. Great food, staff was excellent, the pool was nice and just loved everything about the place. I would be surprised to hear anything wasn’t perfect if you stayed here. Just a long drive from the airport. Otherwise superb. "

"Amazing hotel, absolutely , 5 star in my opinion. Breakfast buffet was fabulous! Service was unbeatable. The room was beautiful and bed and pillows were very comfortable. I loved the fitness center and for a hotel gym it was adequetly equiped and almost felt like spa inside. The pool was great! Cant recommend highly enough!"

"The location is perfect- being able to jump on the BTS is great & a 5 minute walk to MBK. Breakfasts were good too. The only negatives were not being able to adjust the air conditioning, the super narrow shampoo/shower gel containers (no conditioner)& no power outlet in the bathroom. I recommend bringing a double adapter or powerboard as there is only a single power outlet by the bed for the lamp so if you want to charge any devices overnight you’ll need a 2nd outlet. I’d definitely stay here again. "
