Room was a reasonable size by Tokyo standards and bed being elevated off the ground meant we could store our suitcases underneath to free up floor space. Toilet being separate from the shower was handy. Location was good - quick, easy walk (even with suitcases) to train station. Only downside was that we wanted to sit in the downstairs communal area to get some work done on our laptops (no space to do this in our room) but were told we couldn't use this area during breakfast as we were not paying to have the breakfast buffet. "
