We traveled as a couple and booked a private room with shared bathrooms. Highly impressed with the level of cleanliness! Overall it's quite, too. The area itself feels safe, and having the station at a 5-minute walk was fantastic. There's a 7-11 at a 3-min walk that's open 24x7. Highly recommend!

It was great except for the fact that the room was so small, there was less than a foot, if that, between the bed and the wall, while the other side was pushed all the way against the wall. A couple of extra feet would have made all the difference!

Really quiet and solid rooms, not too rowdy, well taken care of with good showers and toilets. No laundry but you're able to walk like 10 minutes down the road and go to a laundromat so it's pretty easy. 2 min walk to the metro, super convenient.

The property was clean and very comfortable to stay. The staff there were very kind and helped me check in and checkout smoothly. There is a convinience store, super market nearby which makes it very convenient. And being close to a subway station was very convenient as well especially for those who want to go sightseeing.

It had just opened a few weeks before my stay here. It was very nice! Very clean, very kind staff. The rooms are small, but it was all the space we needed. Would definitely recommend. Continently also right beside a 711!

夜10:00を過ぎてのチェックインとなったが、予め電話しておいたところ、対応してくれたのは有難かった。 部屋はベッドと洗面があるだけというシンプルなもの。テレビがないこともあって静寂性もあり、寝ることに特化するなら問題はなかった。ただしパジャマと湯沸かしポットがないことには若干不便を感じた。 共用トイレとシャワーも、昔ながらの民宿を思えばまったく問題なし。足拭きマットの共用は避けたかったので、自前のタオルを持参したところ、これは役立った。 近隣のビジネスホテルの宿泊費が高騰していることもあり、機会があればまた利用したい。

Avec mon fils de 12 ans nous avons séjourné 10 nuits dans cette hôtel. Pratique car la station de métro MINOWA et à quel que mettre à pied un 7eleven à 2 pas de l’hôtel. L’accès ce fais facilement depuis l’aéroport de Narita et même Haneda. Les toilettes et douches sont communes à chaque étages, très propre j’étais retissante à cette idée de ne pas avoir les toilettes et la douche dans la chambre mais franchement super. Je garde cette adresse en tête car je reviendrai. Merci
