"Communication was the biggest issue with this place. It took a minute to find they could put a sign or something on the door that might help. Since I came from the States my cell didn't receive the attachment with the instructions to the place. Lucky I was able to reach them by phone and got the info to get into the place. I will say the street right by this place is really busy. There wasn't a view in the unit we were in and when we got there the place was freezing. It was an easy walk...

I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. "We rented The Lomond for 10 days in October 2024 while visiting family in Milngavie. All communication was thorough and clear. Check-in was easy. The flat was quite clean and had most everything we needed. Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows! The location in the pedestrian village of Milngavie is great with so many shops (including Tesco) within easy walking distance. West Highland Apts will be at the top of our list for our next visit."
