"I was born and raised in Milton and needed a place to stay because I am remodeling the family home. I'm very familiar with the area and also got to visit family and friends while I was there. It was the perfect location because it was only minutes from the family home location. Very quiet neighborhood with lots of wild birds to enjoy while sitting on the back porch."

"The property and the house was spacious and accommodated our group of 7 adults nicely. Ashlie was very friendly and responded quickly to any phone calls or text with questions that we had. Would definitely stay there again. Loved the back porch. We could sit out there and see some of the animals on the farm. There were two wedding while we were there but they did not interfere with our stay. Ashlie is a super host and we enjoyed our time there. "

"Such a great home! All the amenities were provided. Plenty of outlets for charging devices all throughout the home. BIG fenced in yard for dogs! Everything was so comfy and inviting. Host was super responsive especially since thermostat is locked and we were unable to adjust temperature. Would stay again!!"

"The inside of the house was beyond my expectations. The rooms were clean and spacious. The floors were immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with all the right amenities and the beds were the best mattresses I had been in for a rental house. There was an issue with the water and the avant team got right on it and was fixed in good time. Any questions I had they were very good at communicating and solving problems. "The home was clean easy to access and close enough to the beaches and inland offerings. Dogs enjoyed the stay as well. Pool was awesome. Family had a fantastic time exploring Ft Walton Beach and to have a home like this that felt like coming to your home after a long day playing in the sun was awesome. I would not hesitate to rent this property again. Highly recommended."

"We had to evacuate from our home due to a hurricane. We could not have picked a better place to stay. The host was very generous and great to work with. We had no issues with anything in the house. It was very spacious we had multiple family members with us and everyone had plenty of space. The backyard was very nice and private and the dogs loved it.
