" Let’s start with the cleanliness… Upon arrival we noticed the sofas were disgusting. So dirty they were no longer white. We didn’t even want to sit on them. Had to go to the Vacasa office to get sheets to cover them. Upon putting the sheets on the sofa we noticed hair on the cushions. Are the cushions not vacuumed? The upstairs sofa at the foot of the K bed was also dirty. The twin room had a wet stain on the carpet and when we placed toilet tissue on it to soak up the moisture it come back...

The home was well decorated and furnished, very clean and stocked with everything you need. The host was very prompt in answering any questions I had and check-in was a breeze.
