"We cannot say enough about the unit in Niceville right on the bayou that we stayed in, hosted by Rose & Curtis. On arrival, everything was spotless and extremely well provisioned with the best supplies. The unit was roomy and so nicely laid out with great views and excellent outdoor space. There was a generous supply of towels, soap, etc. Both Rose and Curtis were beyond responsive to any queries. So friendly and so accomondating. If still available, we'd love to stay there again."

"We stayed here as a halfway point for my friend and I that live in different states. It was very clean, and the pictures were exactly what you get. At first I was a little worried driving into the neighborhood but I felt very secure once we were at the house. The beds were soft, everything was clean and organized. Niceville was 7 minutes away for groceries, shops, diners and all you need for a great trip. We drove over the bridge (4 cash) and enjoyed a day at the beach. The weather wasn't the...

"Nice little house in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable. What I enjoyed most since we were there on vacation, was how close it was to everything that we wanted to do. We only stayed minutes in the car, no matter where we went. The beach, 10 minutes , dog park, 8 minutes, boat ramp, 10 minutes. Any kind of food you want within 4 to 15 minutes."

"There were a few small glitches when we checked in, both of which Josh solved promptly and efficiently. We could not log onto the Wi-Fi network until we spoke with Josh on the phone, and he gave us the backup password. Also, we had trouble locking/unlocking the door until again Josh guided us through the process. "I booked this location because it was the closest that I could I find near Eglin AFB. It was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and equipped with new appliances in the kitchen. Parking for two was a bit tight, but we made it work. Chanell was very responsive every time I had a question or an issue. Will definitely book again if we are in the area in the future. "

"We stayed here for spring break with our college aged kids. The house has great indoor and outdoor spaces with plenty of seating. It is an easy drive to the beaches as well as many eating places. Wonderful hosts as well."
