"Sunset, it’s a wonderful and unique resort. Golf cart transportation was excellent and fun. All the staff that we met were very helpful and friendly. Only complaint is that beds are not comfortable. Cabo Charlie was a great host, communication was great and helpful for first time to Sunset. Charlie also graciously gave us a free night. Overall a wonderful time and lots of options for food and activities. We will be back!"

Communication with the owner was amazing, even after check-in to make sure we got the right room! I would definitely rent from him again. "

"The location of this is walking distance to downtown Cabo Marina where you will find many restaurants, shopping and Mexican markets for authentic gifts and clothing! We wallked with our two boys ages 11 and 7 about every evening and made it to the marina in about 10 minutes and felt very safe! Also with the resort being located on Medano beach which is super calm for swimming my boys had a blast playing in the sand, kicking the soccer ball on the beach and swimming in the ocean!! "The resort and rooms are beautiful and modern. The service and staff were excellent. This property selects your room when you arrive so you are not getting a specific room. We were told that the timeshare people who VRBO the units are not guaranteed an ocean view even if that is what they bought. We understood the unit was an ocean view and it was not.
