"The property itself is nice, except when there is someone also staying in the room next door you can hear them loud and clear and most annoying, each step they took the planks on the floor where we were moved along with them , so sleeping was not possible b cause they were very noisy and they just walked all around till 2.30 am. The floor needs to be redone the wood is connected to the other room.. Also the walk is about 15 minutes to the French quarter. The neighbourhood is not the best ,...

"Really, REALLY cool loft space. Plenty of room, comfortable beds/furniture, fun vibe to the place. You are, of course, right off of Bourbon St., so the late-night jazz party is to be expected. Not too much to handle, though. Check in was a little weird given you have to meet someone in a parking garage to get access to the place, but that was well communicated beforehand so it’s just a matter of executing what is communicated. "

"This property was just beautiful and in the perfect location to enjoy the Mardi Gras parades and visit New Orleans while still getting some sleep later in the very dark and quiet rooms. Communication with the host was the best we have ever encountered! Plus, our groceries for the stay were picked up and all put away when we arrived. Will definitely stay at VacayNOLA property again during a visit to New Orleans."

"The Alibi is a terrific place to stay. Easy walks into the French Quarter or to downtown. We had some issues accessing the building but My Southern Comfort will work out those kinks. There are no bathroom products available other than TP, so come prepared."
