"This was my first time staying here and I liked it so much that I extended my stay. It’s in a great spot and close to everything without being so close that it’s noisy. The grounds are clean, well lit, lobby is lovely and decorated for Mardi Gras. Staff are so pleasant and accommodating, too. The lobby has a small area where you can buys snacks, drinks, coffee, use the microwave and they even have dog treats for the furry 4 legged visitors. My brother recommended this hotel. He stayed one October and it was super clean, well out and all decked out for fall. This is my new favorite place! "

"The front staff was excellent however, we stepped out for morning coffee and the room service i had spoken to twice and told them not until we check out at noon, still came into our room and threw away $150 worth brand new food we had bought. We know this because I walked in while they were cleaning and I asked why she was there after me telling her two times prior not until noon. This was 11am. "

"I stayed here for my birthday trip and the hotel was everything! Sean & Dex checked me in and since my check in through my checked out every time I came past the desk the hospitality was amazing! Gave me some great food recommendations. My best part was the live DJ and band even down to the bartender knowing my order! I will definitely come back and stay here again! The only down side was the hot water went out one day of our stay but that wasn’t enough to make me unpleasant with my stay! "
