"The property was listed as a three start hotel. It turned that it was not even one star hotel. It cannot be .I mean It just cannot be given even have a star. Yes I wanted to put it that I way. If I were to manage the lists of hotels in that area I would remove this property listing. Because I Simply believe the amount of dishonesty connected to this hotel is just shameful and disgrace ."

" Metrobus bus station near, about 6 minutes walk between şükürbey and Ibb stations. Beds are comfortable for small people but lots of broken items in the room like refrigerator and bathroom. They offer small safe deposit box. Staff are excellent. Rooms are super small. "

I don't understand how Expedia work with this hotel without guarantee to their customers that Expedia charges will reflect in hotel system. Staff was ok, but it's cheating system- i was charges by Expedia and then upon arrival. Don't recommend to anyone"
