"Charming, clean, comfortable, and peaceful cottage, with a host/hostess who have thought of everything! The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, nice dishes and glasses, an oven and refrigerator. The bed is comfortable, and the living room is a great place to hang out. The location set well back from the road made it possible for me to sleep with the windows open and enjoy the summertime sounds of crickets and cicadas. I can't think of a better place to stay in the Ithaca area with these...

That being said your rental is attached to the live in property manager by a wall, and on top of a golf course club house. Every morning they ran lawn mowers outside our window waking my 6 month old baby. They would just have it idling which was bizarre to me. "This property was so beautiful and located honestly within walking distance to the town of Aurora . Mackenzie Childs is right down the road as well. We went in mid October and therefore missed the swimming season. I was bound and determined to go kayaking but I forgot My life jacket. I recommend bringing your own towels as the ones provided were very basic. If you’re going to cook a lot bring all spices and provisions.
