"We arrived on Friday to attend a Syracuse crunch game and we have no idea Saturday would be parade day (St Patrick’s)! We were supposed to check out Saturday, but we couldn’t leave because all the roads were blocked for the parade. Luckily, the hotel had a room and we ended up staying another night. I am so glad we did because the hotel offered a variety activities regarding the parade and we had the absolutely best time. "

"Excellent property and facilities fun by highly trained hotel management students from Cornell. Superb communication and attention to details. Couple of things that stood out for our family: (1) Rooms were cleaned and organized every day as if it was a new occupancy. Coffee, condiments and water replenished to its original levels. "We had a fabulous stay. The location is very close to everything downtown. We did not try the breakfast but we went to Rise and Shine diner and it was absolutely amazing. I absolutely loved the full length mirror that hid the closet. "

"The hotel is under renovations. It was clean and I felt safe walking my dog at night. My only issues were they never entered my room to clean. After 3 nights garbage was more than overflowing. Also I had to take a cold shower. I didn't take it during the main time most would be showering. For the price of the room it was worth the money."

"Hotel is to be desired. Room had garbage on the floor from what I can only assume was from the previous guest. Used dirty towel was stuffed in one of the dresser drawers. Hotel isn’t in the best of shape. The beds are comfortable at least. Random wire protruding through the wall. Not sure if it was live or not. Wasn’t about to touch it to test it. The staff were fabulous though. Very, very nice and friendly. Hotel itself just needs a lot of work. "

"Perfect place to celebrate our 40 years of marriage. Bonus, I am from Syracuse, but moved to Pittsburgh in 1972. Amazing little property. The bald eagle visit the one morning was unreal!!!"
