"Really couldn't fault the hotel the room and bar area was fantastic had a great evening before going on holiday on floor 3 the smell of dope was very strong and over powering and loud guests disturbed our nights sleep before our early flight "

"The hotel is a beautiful building. Full of architecture . It is very close to the town. The bed was hard but we managed to sleep. Nice and warm in the hotel. The coffee was great. We had dinner. It was a very good buffet. Breakfast good too. "

"I had no idea what we were in for! I'm so sad we only had one night here, we will absolutely be back! Even though we were only there for a short amount of time we still walked the walls 1.5 times and they were able to get me in for a full body deep tissue massage that was one of the best i've ever had! We didn't have enough time to learn everything the city had to offer, so we will be back on our way to Wales. "

"We really enjoyed our stay and cannot fault the hotel at all. Lovely modern bedroom. The Garden bar was large with TV screens showing the news and football. If i have a piece of advice, it would be to be reminded that there is an extra cost to use the pool area. This is currently £20 per person for 2 hours. This has to be booked, you cant just walk in. Once you are aware of that, then there are no surprises. This is quite different than lots of hotels and can add quite a lot to your...

"We really liked the hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful, pool facilities were nice and breakfasts were lovely. The only disappointing aspect was that we only had hot water in our room for one night and one morning, the rest of the time it was lukewarm at best. "

"The room was pleasant and tastefully decorated. The spa was lovely, especially the steam room. The service at the restaurant left a lot to be desired but the manager was helpful. The breakfast was a bit limited and served in what felt like a function room rather than a purpose designed dining room. I probably wouldn’t rush to come back but it was a decent stay. "
