"Excellent. Only issue was with airport shuttle on our arrival. They say ring on arrival, but that’s just to explain where pick up is. As we had just missed one we got a taxi owing to the long wait time. Might be better if shuttle ran at set, advertised times."

"The hotel feels and looks like a resort. The staff is friendly and the service is great. We booked rooms with dinner included but checked in after the restaurant was closed due to a flight delay. The lady still managed to get us hot food for dinner through room service which gave the long day we've had a nice ending. The hotel has two floors but no elevator, they do offer to have the luggage brought up to 2nd floor which is nice. (we didn't need it.) The hotel is on the route of the Yellow bus...

"We liked Alexander Inn/the Newmarket area so much we cancelled our stay in the city center to stay here. They were very accommodating, storing our luggage and allowing us to leave our car in their garage after checkout while we went to get breakfast. Everyone was very kind, the rooms were nice, we LOVED all of their little plants, and there was lots of great things to do within walking distance. If I come back to Auckland, I'll be staying here again."

"Had an excellent 1 night stay at Greenlane Manor Motel for a concert! Owners gave great service, gated entry so safe parking for our vehicle. We found the room to be quiet and beds comfortable- just what you want! If our normal places were booked out we wouldn't have found this hidden gem."

"Nice quiet location, handy to shopping, eateries etc. Plenty of safe on site parking. Comfortable bed, good hot shower. Only negatives, fridge in room a bit useless and Wifi patchy I would stay there again"
