"Although it is rated as ac3 star hotel, it has everything we needed. It is Japan, smaller room was expected. Very nice building with swimming pool on the roof top, the roof top offers beautiful view of the city. The 7 eleven store located on the 4th floor is so convenient for guests. We also enjoyed the “public bath” facility on the 3rd floor, it was a good experience of local culture. "

"Exceptional place to stay! Really well located right next to Osaka station. Plenty of dining options around and easy transportation to anywhere in Osaka. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check in procedure can get backed up sometimes but we didn’t experience that. Room is a decent size. Beds are perfectly firm but pillows are a bit soft. The pajamas are very comfortable and the rain shower has exceptional pressure. We will stay here next time we are in Osaka!"
