"Nice size apartments. Front and rear balconies over looking the pool and the street. Beautiful neighborhood. My wife and I would walk every morning down seaside dr and would watch the surfers. After a day of touring the island we would come back to go for a swim in the pool which we pretty well had to ourselves. Highly recommend this place. Thanks Anna!"

"I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at Kites. There was great communication with Tim and the property manager Michael both before and during our stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood where we always felt safe. Everything we needed for our stay was provided at the house. The pool was the star of the trip for our 4 and 5 year olds - 6 am swimming was the best! We will definitely be staying at Kites again in the future!"

"This is a really nice unit in a 4 unit complex. Everything is newer, fully functioning, and comfortable. The décor matches the location. All of the units are accessible through a locking gate from the driveway. There is a wonderful breeze that was blowing pretty much the whole time. You can hear the waves crashing across the street. We had two small children with us and stayed for 11 days. Sharon is extremely reliable, flexible, professional, and responds quickly."

"We were 3 couples and a baby staying at this lovely house for 11 days. Really loved the place, it's much bigger than it looked on the photos. Besides 4 bedrooms there's a huge living room, a kitchen, terrace area with furniture, rooftop chilling area and washing area to do laundry. Another great extra is that it feels more like a home than a rental. There are a lot of small items that you don't take to your trip but might need (a lot of pots & pans, spices, flashlights, medical kit, plug...
