I especially want to recognize the efforts of Tracy Ann who made sure our room was meticulously kept and she was patient with us with our unpredictable departure times. "An amazing place for a tropical vacation. Ocean side dining is incredible. Staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and always smiling. Our room view was absolutely spectacular. The front desk was helpful to make reservations and schedule rides. Every night there was live entertainment. The beach was beautiful and bonus was watching sea turtles. Can’t wait to go back. "

"Washer flooded condo, dryer did not work, luke warm or no hot water for 5 days, out of order plumbing fixtures on site, broken beach elevator and beach covered in weeds. Staff disinterested in many cases in our interactions. Roaches from under the toilet if a light was not left on at night."

"The Villa was huge with an amazing pool and gardens. It had everything we needed and the host Rick was on hand whenever we needed anything. Location is perfect but you would benefit from a car. There was a booking error which meant we couldn’t get in until 7pm but Rick sorted a rental car for us so we could keep our selves busy while the team sorted the house. The pool was amazing and regularly cleaned and the area is quiet. We will definitely go back and Rick is a top guy. "
