I left my room early mornings and returned late in the evenings , which made me a very convenient guest who spent minimum units of electricity and water in the hotel . Despite that I found out on my 5th day of stay that my linen hadn’t been changed since I checked in !!!"

That is not ok in a 4 star hotel. We also had a waitress who didn't speak a word of English, but we got another one who spoke English (but didn't know what salmon is). "
