"A very modern hotel reminiscent of Dubai however was more like a mausoleum, very few guests and many staff! Dining was limited to a restaurant on the 9th floor where food was bland and expensive or the ground floor lobby bar where the food was interesting....how can you not cook a burger or Chicken Kiev correctly? Rooms were so hot set at 28C complained 3 times and told they were winter settings and couldnt be altered!"

"Probably the best option in Astana, especially if you want to be sure the quality is where you expect it. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Club Lunge is not worth the upgrade. Breakfast very good even on Ritz standards. Staff is very friendly and good wot work with. On-site restaurants are decent, Selfie on 18th worth mentioning for the impressive wine-list and splendid views of the city. Definately will be back when in Astana."

"+ good location. + Name - Hilton. - The internet has a low speed and not stable. - They said the hot water will not be avaliable for 3 days and did not react quickly for solution. If you carry the name “Hilton” you should resolve problems. - The room is always cold and heating and clima is not working properly. - inadequate personel for room cleaning. They could clean only once and at a evening time. Long story short - the money you pay and the comfort you get does not match."

"Staff were inattentive. At check in I asked to combine my two reservations and was told someone would get back to me, no one did. At check out, it was a near argument with the staff (who were asleep when I was trying to leave) about them saying I needed to have my room checked before I was “allowed” (in his words) to leave. Other staff didn’t speak English and were unhelpful when I tried to communicate over Google translate. My room was not cleaned one of the nights I stayed. I expected more...
