"The rooms were really old and had a run down feeling. The rugs were visibly dirty, the towels were cleaned, but had stains, and there was no clear statement (that I saw) that there is no elevator. The fireplace suites are not worth the extra cost-- the couches are old and discolored, and the fireplace was a stove- no instructions on how to use, etc. I was disappointed."

"What a fantastic experience! Would without hesitation stay again! We booked three rooms for ourselves and two adult children with their partners. All of the rooms were immaculate, well appointed and cozy! The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and something for everyone. We were truly wowed by the hospitality. Would encourage anyone looking for a place in Aspen to look no further. A true gem!"
