"The photos advertise balconies in the rooms, which is a main reason we booked at this hotel, only to arrive to find out that they have removed the balconies from this hotel, locked up the windows and you aren’t even able to open a window for your room. Disappointed that the listed website photos aren’t updated. I would have chosen a different hotel had I known this. "

"We had a wonderful stay in Colorado Springs! The views were spectacular of the mountains and the city including the garden of the gods in the distance! Our hosts Gary and Janet were the nicest and made us feel right at home! We highly recommend staying here!"

"Gorgeous view and great location. The host was very communicative and wonderful to work with. There are steep stairs getting into the house and within the house. It wouldn’t be a great for this with physical limitations. "

"We arrived to find the linens still in the washer & dryer, for us to finish and put away. There are far too many rules. There are signs all over the home to remind you constantly of the many rules. I am positive that we do not need instructions over the toilets on how to use them. The pictures in the listing must have been taken several years ago but everything is worn. The patio furniture is nothing like the photos. It clearly need replacement. The area is beautiful. We will return to the area...
