Staff were incredibly friendly. The communal kitchen was always stocked and clean. Washers and dryers are available to use, but require cashless payment."

"I have stayed here a few time. This time I tried the spa. Absolutely fantastic! I slept really well after a visit to the spa and sauna. The staff were very nice and helped me get a taxi each day. Since I have been learning some Japanese and trying to speak it they seem more friendly. Except the breakfast guy he’s all business lol"
