"Contactless check in is convenient. The luggage storage is on 2/F that we could drop luggage anytime. We booked studio type D with bay view. Facilities in-room was good in condition. We asked for assistance to call taxi when we left and the staff was very helpful. Location is excellent, just a minute's walk to the beach. Other tourist attractions are also in walking distance."

"View is fantastic. Place is clean and well equipped. Will definitely come back again if I’m in Busan. Only downside is that it’s on the other side of Busan Station where most of the things happen. It may also be a little difficult for new visitors to locate the key. "Great place. There is every facilty for enjoyment you could think of including a warm swimming pool we used in late october, those big korean massage chairs, and lots for kids to do. The staff were all very friendly and super polite. "

"Overall it felt much like a regular motel with a kitchen area. It was a little difficult to find as the directions and location given by expedia were incorrect. Also, the entrance and lobby of the hotel is a convenience store, which was quite confusing when trying to find the way in to a hotel. Comfortable enough for a single night. "

"The property is situated in a great location, spacious apartment, with all you need including air con, washing machine and dishwasher. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores very close by. Only small gripes was tv system could do with upgrade for use with internet tv especially if your foreign as obviously all tv channels are Korean and a vacuum cleaner. "We had a great stay here. The metro station was just steps from our hotel. The staff was always willing to help. We had a minor issue in our room and they were there within minutes to get things resolved. We loved our stay and would visit again without hesitation. Wonderful bedding, shower and accommodations. The restaurant was very good with great views of the city."

"A centrally located hotel in the city of Busan - steps away from the Underground - with a very gracious, efficient staff always ready to provide an excellent experience for their guests. Room was spacious; comfortable beds, roomy storage, desk and seating area. Our room was well appointed with all necessary amenities. Did have a very minor issue with room safe and how to set the code (my lack of Korean!) but once operational instructions were found, it was soon very easy to set and use. Fresh robes, slippers, and fresh towels are available daily, but hotel is very concious of using ‘Green’ methods regarding housekeeping so that’s an added bonus. Loved the mind blowing choices for both the Breakfast Buffet and Lunch Buffet (served daily) with the entire exceptionally gracious ‘La Seine’ staff providing us with a great start to each day. An extra bonus while staying at the LOTTE BUSAN HOTEL was the underground Food Hall - with dozens of cafés, restaurants, dessert options, and shops. Luxury brands offered inside the LOTTE Department Store a couple floors above the Food Hall. We did not use the outdoor heated pool but saw many other guests enjoying it. Our 4 day stay in the LOTTE HOTEL BUSAN after having stayed at the LOTTE HOTEL SEOUL CITY for a full week - was the perfect place to finish off our 12 days in Korea!"
