"Beautiful reception, staff were so friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant and outside gardens were beautiful. Dinner was delicous and breakfast probably the best i have hadnin a long while. Special recognition to 'Mick' who welcomed us to the breakfast table and put a smile on our faces with his humour and friendliness. Will definitely come again. "

Had a drink in the great stocked bar and went into town for Dinner , food did look amazing in the Hotel but we had booked our restaurant a few days before. Helen the receptionist was so helpful, polite ,professional and very knowledgeable regarding the Hotel and local area. A very Happy traveler "

"The swimming area was very good, clean and staff approachable. The evening meal was another matter. I am diagnosed coeliac and when l told them one waitress thought gluten free and coeliac were two different intolerances. When the manager was told , he bought me pages and pages of listings for me to check whether what l was ordering was g/f. Not very helpful! However breakfast was more understanding, knowledgeable and helpful. One person in every 100 according to the BBC this very morning are coeliac and small cafes and larger chains are now all geared up with g/f listed on menus, it’s about time Best Western got up to date with gluten free as well or someone could be very ill with the restaurant staff lack of knowledge about intolerances. "
