The email arrived when it was supposed to, the codes worked, the staff were on hand and super friendly and helpful - from helping us with the washing machine to the AC...awesome customer service. They even had complimentary toothbrushes, pjs and slippers. Great selection of shops for food nearby. The only down side was the walk from the train or metro was a good 750 m - our fault for not checking."

"We stayed for 11 days. Great access to 7/11, train station and restaurants in the area. The hotel staff were friendly and nice. The room I stayed in was a one bed, 3 futon room. The carpet was stained, the futon had stains along with the comforter, the bed mattress had stains. We had a drip bucket right outside our door that was collecting water from thre leaving roof that smelled everyday we passed it. The hot water worked the first day and we called for assistance on day 9 for hot...
