"The Cyashitsu Ryokan Asakusa is a truly wonderful hotel. I stayed here for one night after running the Tokyo Marathon. This was my last night in Japan and the hosts made this the most memorable night of my visit. The Ryokan is incredibly comfortable and beautiful and close to the Senso-Ji temple. The hosts arranged a wonderful meal in a gorgeous restaurant for me. I have to say that this was the best food I'd had on my trip and that is really saying something! "A very nice comfortable place to stay with a young family. There are three train stations nearby with different lines and they are only one stop from Tokyo station. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall a great apartment hotel in a great location."

"Staff were great and spoke English. Room was fairly small and had a bit of sewage order in the bathroom, which the hotel seem to know about since there was air freshener and they turned the fans on when they cleaned. Breakfast buffet looked ok but not exceptional, we did not purchase. Room was quiet with good heating controls. One side of the bed did not have an outlet or any charging ports, which was a bit annoying. "
