Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with a welcome drink and even offered an early check-in, along with the option to store our bags when we had to step out. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff, particularly Johngphe, Chuba, and the rest of the front desk team, were incredibly friendly and attentive. "I was told they didn’t have cars to the airport so I hired someone separate, then when they came they got turned away and I had to pay them and the hotel driver that was apparently the only one allowed to give me a ride. But the staff were friendly, the place was kept clean, and the vegetarian restaurant had incredible food and service!"
