"Very friendly people who would do anything to make you stay very comfortable. The club room staff and facilities were excellent and the people always had a wonderful outlook and friendly smiles. The restaurants had everything you could ask of and the chefs were always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and did everything to make sure you were happy with the wonderful meals. The whole estate was immaculately maintained to a very high standard. Our first time in Goa and surely won’t be the last!! We will surely be back with our family to the Grand Hyatt !!."

One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service I received from the staff. In the restaurant, Mukesh Singh, Sabaji, and Shachim went above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor made every meal enjoyable, and they were always ready to recommend local dishes and specialties. "I was told they didn’t have cars to the airport so I hired someone separate, then when they came they got turned away and I had to pay them and the hotel driver that was apparently the only one allowed to give me a ride. But the staff were friendly, the place was kept clean, and the vegetarian restaurant had incredible food and service!"
