The food was great, the amenities well-maintained, and the overall vibe was calm and welcoming. What made our stay truly special, though, was the incredible team. A heartfelt thank you to Mukesh, Tushar, Sabaji, and Chanchali, who went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable and memorable. They were kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their thoughtful gestures and constant care added such a personal touch—especially appreciated during this special phase in our lives. "Very friendly people who would do anything to make you stay very comfortable. The club room staff and facilities were excellent and the people always had a wonderful outlook and friendly smiles. The restaurants had everything you could ask of and the chefs were always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and did everything to make sure you were happy with the wonderful meals. The whole estate was immaculately maintained to a very high standard. Our first time in Goa and surely won’t be the last!! We will surely be back with our family to the Grand Hyatt !!."

The property is expansive, well-maintained, and impeccably clean. The direct access to the beach is another major highlight. "I was told they didn’t have cars to the airport so I hired someone separate, then when they came they got turned away and I had to pay them and the hotel driver that was apparently the only one allowed to give me a ride. But the staff were friendly, the place was kept clean, and the vegetarian restaurant had incredible food and service!"
