If this property is considered 5 Star, something needs to change, starting with the staff. The front desk staff are not accommodating of ANY requests, there is zero flexibility and they do not seem to understand basic English.
I booked two king rooms only to have one room with two single beds shoved together. Ta-da there’s your king bed. Only one bed was butted up to the light and power switches. Every time my husband moved the lights would come on. We asked to be moved and were told there were no other rooms available, a blatant lie. We had other family members book a stay at the hotel after we had checked in and moved right in to their room choice.
Breakfast is poor quality and very limiting. Again not 5 star quality, more likely 1 or 2 star at best.
Please check you bill when leaving and while you are still on property. I had laundry services and taxis added to my bill which I fought tooth and nail to have removed. They offered to take the laundry service and add it to another family members bill instead of removing it all together.
When I asked for the taxi to be removed, they said I had to send an email with all my credit card info and dispute it. If I am standing in front of the front desk and handing my card to them, why were they unable to remove the charge right there and then? I shared with them that I was not willing to share credit card info via unencrypted email, but that wasn’t a concern for them. Please reconsider staying here. Worst experience ever!!
