"We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was amazing and we loved eating at Mizumi! We couldn’t fault the hotel really (other than we didn’t seem to have much water pressure in our bathroom) and would definitely stay again! The only disappointment was the spa, it was extremely busy so couldn’t really use the facilities, I think the photos make it look bigger than it actually is. It’s lovely, but too small for the number of people that are allowed in! "

"Really nice hotel, spa was nice. The suites could use some upgrades (the windows) there was water between the glass panels so the view couldn’t be enjoyed as much as it should have been. Especially when the heat was on full as it was -3 and it was just cloudy window panes. "

"The room was small, and some of the furniture was dated and damaged (knocked chipped), but it was clean. The breakfast was excellent and the service was great. Would we stay here again yes but maybe upgrade the room choice "

"Really pleased with our early January rate & overall hotel stay. Booked the family room with a dog & was more than spacious. Enjoyed very nice breakfast & use of the pool. All the staff gave a lovely welcome."
