"This hotel felt very welcoming immediately upon entering. The front desk staff greeted us and checked us in promptly, and we easily made it to our room which, with two queen beds and a pullout, was sized and suited perfectly for our family. It was so comfortable in the room! My kids fully enjoyed the pool. We also made use of the lounge area with those we were in town with. No area of the hotel disappointed at all. Very close to the Cherokee Center, we could have walked but the weather made us change our minds. Super short drive. Absolutely a perfect stay! Have stayed at other DoubleTrees but this was the best to date."
