"Everything was great. I had a great stay and the staff was great. Only stayed one night but the valet were great, the receptionists were helpful in giving information, they offered me a free drink (unfortunately I didn't have time to visit their bar but I really appreciated the gesture and would have used it if I wasn't driving around), the breakfast was on time and tasty and delivered in an adorable cloth bundle. I liked that they had a form for you to plan your breakfast the night before because I didn't have much time in town and I have a hard time arranging breakfast for myself early in the morning and this was incredibly convenient. I'm also on the autism spectrum and don't like talking on the phone so appreciate that I could order breakfast without speaking to anyone. It was also close to the event I needed to be at so everything worked perfectly."

"Not a fan of Los Angeles but I really liked this hotel. The room was set up differently than usual and had really high ceilings that weren’t finished but was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and nice. Their restaurant was closed on Monday but there was a great restaurant next door. Yummy. They offered bag check so I could walk around town before checking in."
