"Location: the location is superb, right by the Pitons, very close to Volcano, Soufriere, Sugar beach and hiking trails. Food/Restaurant: food is good but not exceptional, limited choices and varieties. Room for improvement here. The view from the restaurants is incredible. "A beautiful setting, very quiet and clean. Food was good, but could have had more variety and faster/better coordinated restaurant service. In room water was unpredictable, sometimes cold only, once none. The resort isn’t at all disability friendly, with many flights of stairs to get anywhere (including in our room) and no elevators. "The staff here was phenomenal. It is definitely a small boutique hotel, and upon arriving I was skeptical. We really grew to love it. The room was great and clean and maintained throughout our stay. "Beautiful hotel overall, room was nice (Pigeon Island building with Atlantic view) but bathroom needed updating. Shower was not all tile, had a traditional white tub and the caulk around faucet was failing making the faucet start to fall off. Was disappointed at check in, paid for ocean view expecting a view of the Caribbean but had an Atlantic view that includes a close road where you will hear locals playing loud music late at night and see cars passing by. Tried to swap to a Caribbean view...

"The view of the piton and Soufriere is spectacular. My family felt safe. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Close walk to Orlando’s. If you are travelling by car has parking. She staff was friendly and accommodating. Just text them and they assist in a timely manner. This spot is great to stay 3-4 nights to visit all the sites around the area."

"The staff are absolutely amazing! The views are incredible. Bryan the (amazing) security guard is extremely knowledgeable of the local area and a fantastic guy to talk to, overall the views are incredible, it’s clean and has the most wonderful staff. They have breakfast but no dinner/lunch options, so be prepared to bring groceries or to drive to a restaurant. :) "

"Alicia and Roger made our stay so amazing! They were very attentive and communicative. They checked in on us everyday and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The villa has everything you need to make meals but the town is very walkable for restaurants. Their neighbors are drivers and took us to everything we wanted to do. It was so convenient and made our trip stress free. "

"Jonelle’s place was convenient so we can explore Soufriere for a couple days before we headed to the airport. The property was very spacious, clean, with grocery across the street. It’s about a 20 min walk to the water front, with lots of shops/restaurants. About 10min drive to the sulphur spring and Sugar Beach! Netflix available and lovely views of the mountains on large veranda. Would recommend having some tea available in the event guests arrive late. Appreciated the dining recommendations from the host. Would stay again."

Piton Grandeur Apt 1 - Piton and Sea View!

Couldn't get into the property. Refund requested but not received.

"The owner provided no check-in info, other than directions and a check-in time of 4 pm. Although I provided my phone number, the owner did not provide his. We arrived at 4:45 pm. The owner was not present, nor was anyone else. I messaged the owner through VRBO. He said he had just left the property. The owner did not say when or if he would return. The owner had left a key, but it did not fit the lock. We could not get into the apartment. The owner said he would understand if we left. We had no way to do so, because we'd been dropped off in this out-of-the-way location. But with the help of a passer-by, we were able to get a taxi that took us to the Downtown Hotel in Soufriere. We never heard from the owner again. I have asked VRBO for a refund, but have not received it."
