"We checked in late afternoon. The employee at the front was so quiet we could barely hear him. He never looked us in the eye and never smiled. Where has customer service gone. Perhaps he was extremely bashful but not someone to put at the front to greet customers. For our needs the hotel was clean, great location and the room and bed were nice and comfortable.
